Young Khmer hopefuls submitted stories related to the topic, “The Legacy of the Khmer Rouge in Cambodian society”. The winning four writers were then helped to develop their entries into scripts, and given the the opportunity to direct the short films themselves with the crew of Khmer Mekong Films.
Who Are The Directors?
The four filmmakers are Prum Sreileak (Pieces of Glass); Svay Leemg (Short Hair Woman), Sor Virakdara (The Healing), and Seng Reaksmey (Unforgettable).
After the screening, there will also be a Q&A with the directors.
