Be guided through the science and importance of kindness as it’s integral role of our well-being is revealed.
The Happiness Project returns to Phnom Penh, in N O W H E R E art studio on Sunday, 12th January from 9am until 12pm. The workshop focuses on kindness, both to ourselves and others, and the direct correlation with our happiness.
Championing acts of kindness shall be Olivia, leading the workshop for all creatives, thinkers and generally lovely people that share visions of making the world a better place.
For the price of $20, you’ll be guided through the science and importance of kindness as it’s integral role of our well-being is revealed. Various simple exercises focused on gratitude and empathy building will be paired with hand embroidery – to craft messages of support and love for whomever feels apt – loved ones, your community, yourself, anyone or anything!
No experience is needed and all materials are provided for the relaxing crafting, with Olivia available to aid and guide various sewing techniques.

The price covers:
• All embroidery materials (one small hoop, fabric, thread, needle, templates, etc)
• Light refreshment.
• All remaining money raised will be donated to a mental health charity in Cambodia (e.g. TPO Cambodia), so you’ll be contributing to creating a deeper impact through your creativity!—
Olivia is the Managing Director of Impact Hub Phnom Penh, and has lived in Phnom Penh for several years. With a passion for all things arts and craft, she can be found on the weekend making hand embroidery, life drawing, and painting.
