The beautiful colonial villa bar: The Villa Grange will be hosting the Phnom Penh portion of a blues festival in Cambodia. Friday night will be hosted by Phnon Penh blues legend- Scoddy, between 2-8 pm, before it travels off to Kampot, Sihanoukville and Siem Reap. The Grange will have a host of blues great such as: Frankie Teardrop Dead, The Kleps, Justin Frew Trio and Monkey & Maiden.
