What’s On Late
Get on down to Cloud for Hip Hop Takeover, where a live wall painting will be happening in the garden by The Sokheng (courtesy of Bong The Gallery), along with the sick beats of Dj Mofo – Kreative Kingz (Australia), plus a special set from Felix El Moreno (8pm, Cloud, St 9).
Saturday
What’s On Stage
If you’re sick of toxic men raging about an ad about razors, head over the Cloud for their Feminist Voices: Angry Edition night. A spoken word focusing on all issues of feminism (gender, sexuality, race, class, ability, or any intersections of identities), with the second half dedicated to angry rants (7.45pm, Cloud, St 9).
You love the band, you love the place, it’s The 99 Boyz at Duplex! The musical magicians are back to treat your ears to some decades-old chart songs that are sure to get the party going. DJ MonChi is spinning the decks right after, it’s sure to be another banger of a night at on Golden Street (9pm, Duplex, St 278).

Or if you’re in the mood for something a bit more out there, head on over to 5 Drunk Men for a night of deck spinning, Positive Vibes: Space Edition, an exhibition into outer space to explore the sound of the extraterrestrials, featuring DJs E.X Tasty, Jakintosh, MOUDY, Sushi Firas جوّ Jaou and Taube. Free entry and free shots throughout the event (From 2pm, Level 3A, Sisowath Quay).

What Else?
Come down to Ege Bar to check out the last pop-up shop of Phnom Penh-based illustrator Retkadrawz before she heads back to the US. Featuring originally illustrated tees and prints and awesome designs. Tees size up to XXL for $10 (4pm, Ege Bar, St 460).

Afterwards, go get your culture on at the reopening party of Bong the Gallery, with an exhibition opening of art collective, HOMELESS, as well as iconoclastic photographies of Shanghai Chan, the painting of KWN23 and artwork from SIN MANY. Featuring free Kingdom beers and nibbles by Chez Tonton, as well as tunes from Premo Sounds and Kenny Chase (6pm, Bong the Gallery, Sothearos Blvd).

What’s On Stage
What do you get when dark punkabilly blues rock collides with warm charming cello sound? You get Boogie Noir, playing their tunes over at Bona’s Pub (9pm, St 130).
Or if you’re in the mood for something classical head over to Sovannaphum Art Gallery and Theatre for PiPay’s next Original Sessions, featuring Indonesian pianist Metta Legita, bringing jazz and ambient sounds to your ears. $7 pre purchase ticket includes one Free Drink. $9 at the door.
