Where to Watch Rangers Vs Celtic in Phnom Penh
This Saturday, the bitterly contested Glasgow rivalry clash once again. Watch it in Phnom Penh
This Saturday, the bitterly contested Glasgow rivals clash once again.
With both fans not being trusted to stay sober if the match was in the late afternoon/evening, a midday kick off makes it ideal watching for a Cambodian pre-bev before a night on the town.
When is Kickoff?
Kickoff will be at 18:00 for us here in Cambodia – it’s on Sky Sports, so we’ve rounded up a bunch of venues to watch it at if you don’t have your own stream.
Who will be showing it?
The Irish Place
Where better to watch a Celtic clash, than in an Irish bar (well, unless you’re a Rangers fan – but even still, the atmosphere is electric and it’s surely the obvious go-to venue)
ST 110 NO 119 Sangkat Wat Phnom, Phnom Penh
Paddy rice
Over on Riverside, Paddy Rice is another Irish haunt that shows multiple sporting events – with Celtic clashing with their big city rivals, it’s a no-brainer that this will get air time there too.
213 Sisowath Quay (corner of Street 136), Phnom Penh
Score bar
Equipped with a huge screen, and a bunch of televisions dotted around the bar, Score Bar allows you to keep up with multiple games at once. Ideal when you can’t choose between events, why not pick ‘all‘.
No.5 Street 282, Phnom Penh 12302
All Sports bar
Next to Pontoon night club, this is a favourite of hours as it’s 24 hours of sports sport sports. Awkward international games kicking off at 1.45am? They’ll be open and find a feed for you. It also provides Fifa, old-school arcade games, darts, pool and other entertainment.
#52, Jayavarman 7 St. (172), Phnom Penh
