To celebrate World Caviar Day, the Intercontinental will be preparing what is set to be a delicious six course meal on July 18th.
The hedonistic feast will be prepared by The Intercontinental’s own award winning Chef, Justin Kam. The meal will begin with a taste of delicious Salmon Tartare with White Sturgeon Caviar, before moving on to a Marine Lobster Medallion consommé with White Sturgeon Caviar and topped with Black Truffle Powder, and then Cauliflower Espuma with Seared Scallops and Siberian Caviar.
This promises to be a delicious, delicate and delightful meal and an opportunity to sample the different types of Caviar. Each course is paired with a wine to enhance and compliment the flavor of the caviar.
The banquet will take place on the 18th of July at InterContinental Phnom Penh from 6pm-9pm.
This six-course degustation menu will be USD $100 (plus taxes) including wine.
