Starting on August 10th, the team at Elbow Room will whip up four of their favourite cocktail creations every Monday to Saturday from 6-9pm, for the special price of just $4 each.
What’s more, to celebrate the launch of this End-of-Day special, they’re also offering this awesome deal from open until close, from Thursday 10th August until Saturday the 12th.
This carefully curated menu features the following four delectable drinks:
Led by jetsetting Eric Stephenson, who honed his craft in New York, Hong Kong and Amsterdam, and Australian Mitchell Kings, these guys really know their stuff when it comes to creating new classics and, well, making magic from booze.
That much is clear from their excellent, and eclectic, regular menu, which features Cambodian fruits, spices and spirits in locally inspired concoctions like the tropical Mekong Swizzle and fiery Death in the Elbow Room, as well as long-lost gems drawn from folklore and old books – such as the Hotel Nacional Special and Bird of Paradise Fizz.
As Eric puts it, the team are now “thrilled to introduce Phnom Penh imbibers to a selection of our favourite classic cocktails, at a reduced price, for three full evenings.”
