Major Charity Film Festival: Great Movies for a Great Cause

This week, Major Cineplex will host the Major Charity Film Festival to help promote Khmer films. Seven of the country’s most famous films come to the screen, with tickets only 8,000 riel.

The show starts today and runs for 5 days until Sunday. As well as supporting popular Khmer movies, the festival will also help impoverished children in Cambodia. Funds from all the shows will be donated to Kantha Bopha Children’s Hospital and Smile Cambodia.

The films to be screened are: Preah Thinavong Neang Pov, Little Gems, The Killing Fields, My Senior My Love, Poppy Goes to Hollywood, Mind Cage and Mother’s Heart

Major Charity Film Festival runs from Wednesday 27th September until Sunday 1st October at Major Cineplex by Cellcard, Aeon Mall, Sothearos Boulevard
