Monday Music Festival @ Rokku

Have you spent the afternoon daydreaming at your desk, counting down the hours ’til the weekend starts? Well, you don’t have to wait that long… in fact, you only have to wait until 8pm.

That’s because tonight, Rokku is running a mini music festival to brighten up your Monday.

The slick sushi bar will host British band Divergent, as well as a bunch of other dance groups and yet-to-be-announced special guests.

(Oh, and plenty of Asahi beer, since these guys are sponsoring the night.)

At $17 on the door ($15 in advance), tickets are a little on the pricey side. That does include two Asahi beers per person, though, as well as free appetisers – which, given that this is the top Japanese food spots in town, should be pretty damn excellent!

So, if you’re feeling flush and fancy dressing up for a glitzy night, this might just be the perfect way to shed those Monday blues.
